Our First Annual Presidents' Day Golf Tournament was a great success!

On Monday, February 15, 2010 the Coral Gables Museum presented the First Annual Presidents Day Golf Tournament at the beautiful Biltmore Hotel.  The field of 96 golfers enjoyed brilliant sunshine, light breezes and a great competition.

After the spirited round of golf, participants were furnished with a Bacardi bar and BBQ luncheon on the famed hotel's back lawn, followed by a raffle and the awards ceremony.  Museum Executive Director Steven Klindt announced the tournament results as follows:

First Place:  The foursome of Chuck Martinez, Tony Infante, Anthony Infante, Geoff Mana

Second Place:  The  foursome of Ed Hernandez, Jorge Iglesias, Pete Perez and Izzy DelValle

Closest to the Pin:  Albert Gonzalez and Terri Buoniconti

Longest Drive:  Izzy DelValle and Elizabeth Brumback
